Then add individual items to your shopping cart. You can view your cart or check out anytime you like. You can even save your cart as a wish list for future shopping! If you want your billing and shipping info to be saved for future purchases you can Create an Account the first time you make a purchase. If you create an account, you will just need to remember your login id and password to access your account for future purchases as your shipping and billing address information will be saved along with info about past orders. If you forget your account password, you can have it e-mailed to you from the account log-in page. When you visit the store to make future purchases, go to the Manage Account page and log in to use your saved shipping and billing information in the check out. (Note: your credit card information is not saved and must be entered each time you make a purchase.) Each time you select an item and place it in your cart, the default is to display the full cart. However, for quick and easy shopping, you can change your cart options to not display the full shopping cart each time you add an item (which means you can browse through a dept and choose multiple items from that dept without leaving that page). In the view cart page, just toggle the Cart Option setting to your preferred shopping method and click on the update cart. If the actual cost to ship is significantly different than the above chart, we will adjust your shipping charges up or down to reflect the actual cost. We try very hard to keep your shipping charges to a minimum, charging you only what we must pay to ship the order to you. Shipping charges for a single pattern will be adjusted on our end to reflect USPS First Class Mail rates. International Shipping & Handling Fees We ship USPS Priority International in a Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope or Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box whenever possible. Orders that fit into the Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope or Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box shipped to Canada or Mexico are approximately $12.00; all other countries for which this service is available, approximately $14.00. Average delivery time is 6 to 10 days. We will e-mail you the shipping charge for orders that do not fit in the Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope or Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box before shipping your order. Please do not ask us to misrepresent what is in the package. We have to be truthful with customs forms. Any customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Sales Tax: Orders placed from within the state of Connecticut will have 6% sales tax added. International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs duties and taxes. > back to top Store Policies How often do we ship? We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We know you are anxious to receive your goods as quickly as possible, so if we receive your order early in the day, we will do our best to ship it out to you on the same business day. If we receive the order later in the day, we will ship it out to you on the next business day. RETURNS AND REFUNDS We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds are not given on shipping and handling charges. Returns must be in original condition and packaging and free of any smoke odor. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued once the items are returned to us. There are NO RETURNS allowed on books or patterns since they are protected by copyright. There are NO RETURNS on cut fabrics. If you are unsure about the color of a particular fabric, please request a fabric swatch before ordering. We would be happy to send one to you. All sale items are final sale only. WHAT IS OUR PRIVACY POLICY? We take your privacy very seriously. Therefore, we promise that we will never, under any circumstances, share your personal information with anyone. Wish List Maybe you'd like to send a "hint" regarding a special occasion to a special someone. Or maybe you'd just like to keep a list of your favorite things for future shopping! Our wish list is easy to use! Just select the items you want into your shopping cart, then select Save Cart "Wish List" and enter your e-mail address and the e-mail address of the person you want to send your "hint" to along with a message. The contents of your cart will be saved with an ID number that will then be e-mailed to both of you. You (or your friend) will be able to retrieve the contents of the wish list by returning to the site and clicking on "check out."
