Quilt Along

$13 per day

Basic Sewing Supplies - a guideline of what you need to bring to class:
Rotary cutter	Cutting mat	6" x 24", or 6 1/2" x 24 1/2", or 8 1/2" X 24 1/2" ruler
Scissors	Needles	Quilting pins
Thread	Bobbins	Seam ripper
Fabric pencil/marker	Pen & paper	Sewing machine*

* Sewing machine should be in proper working order, i.e., cleaned and oiled, a new needle, and fully operational. Don't forget your operator's manual, foot pedal, and the power cord for your machine. Please note our quilting instructors are not sewing machine experts.

Class Policies & Information
Refunds Policy - If you cannot make the class for any reason, a refund will be issued providing notice is given 7 days prior to the first class. If less than 7 days notice is given, you will receive a refund only if your spot can be filled.

There may be a minimum number of participants required for a class to run. Please do not purchase your supplies until you have confirmed with us that the class has met the minimum participation.

If we cancel the class, you will receive a refund.

All refunds will only be made by gift certificate or cash. We will not process refunds via credit or debit cards.

Quilt Alongs and Hockey Night in Canada Widows Club Policies
Instruction for any of our regularly scheduled, full-price classes such as (but not limited to) Puzzler, Kaleido Stack ‘n Whack, Strips ‘n Curves, One-Block Wonder, Underground Railroad, and Egg Money will not be given unless you have taken the class previously from our store, or are doing so concurrently. In fairness to all staff and our teachers, we would also appreciate that you not teach any of our classes to your friends in a Quilt Along or HNICWC.
Please note, that if you are unable to come on the date you have registered for, and you let us know by the day before your scheduled date, we will give you a transfer credit for another $10 day. A transfer to another date can only be made once (you can’t keep transferring forward). If you call and cancel your registration 7 days or more in advance, we will give a refund (cash or gift certificate), or a transfer credit, whichever you prefer.

Parking - For classes occuring during Monday to Friday in the daytime, please unload at the front door, and then use the overflow parking at the North end of the building. You may park anywhere in the front lot for the night-time and weekend classes.

Cellular Phones - In consideration of others, please turn off cell phones during class. Your family can call the store, 403-253-4419, and we will be happy to relay messages or call you to the phone.

Perfume - Due to perfume sensitivities by many people we request that you refrain from wearing any scents. Thank-you for your consideration.

Registration - Is also accepted by phone with Visa or Mastercard.
