orders. If you forget your account password, you can have it
e-mailed to you from the account log-in page. When you visit the
store to make future purchases, go to the Manage
Account page and log in to use your saved shipping and billing
information in the check out. (Note: your credit card information is
not saved and must be entered each time you make a purchase.)

Most orders are packed and shipped as quickly as possible, normally within 1-3 business days. Fabric is wrapped in plastic to protect it during shipping. Priority mail is used for all domestic orders. Please refer to the chart below.

| We ship via Global Priority Mail to all countries when possible. The Pacific Rim countries and most of Europe do accept Global Priority. Small envelopes are $9.00 with variable weight option. Postage rates for 1.5 lbs. are $18.00 with 4 lbs. being $34.00. Packages over 4 lbs. will be sent Air Mail. Canadian orders will be sent regular Air Mail (less expensive). Charges are by weight. Global Priority will reach you in less than six days while surface takes up to 4 weeks or more. A $2.00 handling fee is applied to each order. We adjust the rate on your final invoice. |

Policies
Items other than cut yardage and copyrighted materials (i.e., books and patterns) may be returned within 30 days providing they are in saleable condition. Customer pays for returning shipping and credit will be issued for returned item only.

Block of the Month and Fabric Club Customers Please Note: We will immediately ship your first block or fabric kit at the time you place your subscription. Subsequent packets are mailed out
during the last week of every month. Your credit card is automatically billed at that time and you do not need to reorder these items. You may start or stop a Block of the Month or Fabric Club at any time.
If you discover packing errors or damaged merchandise, please notify us right away. We will advice you how to return these items for credit or replacement.

Wish List
Maybe you'd like to send a
"hint" regarding a special occasion to a special someone.
Or maybe you'd just like to keep a list of your favorite things for
future shopping! Our wish list is easy to use! Just select the items
you want into your shopping cart, then select Save Cart "Wish
List" and enter your e-mail address and the e-mail address of
the person you want to send your "hint" to along with a
message. The contents of your cart will be saved with an ID number
that will then be e-mailed to both of you. You (or your friend) will
be able to retrieve the contents of the wish list by returning to
the site and clicking on "check out." Just insert the wish
list ID from your e-mail and the contents of the cart will reappear
like magic.
