To shop online, choose a department to browse in or search by keyword for products. Then add individual items to your shopping cart. You can view your cart or check out anytime you like. You can even save your cart as a wish list for future shopping!

You can choose the Express Checkout option (your billing and shopping info will not be saved for future purchases) or Create an Account the first time you make a purchase. If you create an account, you will just need to remember your login id and password to access your account for future purchases as your shipping and billing address information will be saved along with info about past orders. If you forget your account password, you can have it e-mailed to you from the account log-in page.

Payment Options

For those of you who prefer to purchase offline, We'll also gladly process your order by fax by Visa, MasterCard or mail with a money order or check! When you complete your order in the store, just choose the "fax" or "mail" payment option to print out an invoice to fax or mail in with your payment. We have also provided a TOLL FREE NUMBER for your convenience.

Shipping & Handling Information:

All shipping is done via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using Priority Mail or Regular Mail.

All our shipping/handling costs quoted are ESTIMATES. If the actual shipping cost is significantly different than our rate chart, the charge will be reduced or increased accordingly.

For our customers outside the US, we will use the most economical way possible. If your order will fit in a flat-rate Global Priority envelope we will ship Priority. We also use Air Mail which in most cases has the same delivery time as Global Priority. Please note: We will not send "Parcel Post" because it is normally from 3-6 weeks delivery time - that's too long for anyone to wait!!

Store Policies

Returns: Any sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns on books or patterns out of respect for the designers and potential copyright issues.  There are no returns on cut fabrics – if you are uncertain of a color or pattern, we are happy to send you a swatch before ordering.

Wish List

Maybe you'd like to send a "hint" regarding a special occasion to a special someone. Or maybe you'd just like to keep a list of your favorite things for future shopping! Our wish list is easy to use! Just select the items you want into your shopping cart, then select Save Cart "Wish List" and enter your e-mail address and the e-mail address of the person you want to send your "hint" to along with a message. The contents of your cart will be saved with an ID number that will then be e-mailed to both of you. You (or your friend) will be able to retrieve the contents of the wish list by returning to the site and clicking on "check out." Just insert the wish list ID from your e-mail and the contents of the cart will reappear like magic.
