Prices for cut fabric is by the yard. All prices are noted as US Dollars. Note: The minimum amount for yardage is 1/2 yard for most fabric shown on the website.
Payment is accepted via PayPal using a debit/credit card or via your personal PayPal account. You can also call to place an order over the phone.
To complete your order fill out the personal mailing information on the first check out screen. Proceed to the second checkout screen where you will see the shipping options and payment options.
Note: Step 4 on the shipping and payment screen defaults to the check option. Click the drop down box to choose PayPal check out and then press CONTINUE.
You will be presented with a new screen to confirm your order. Press the PROCEED button. You will see the PayPal check out icon. YOU MUST CLICK THE Picture icon that says PayPal CLICK HERE TO PAY at the top or the bottom of the screen to complete the payment.
On the PayPal processing screen, you can pay with either your personal PayPal account by logging into your account or you can pay with your valid debit or credit card.
If the credit card will not process for some reason, give me a call or email me on the invoice you received and I will give you a call to complete your order on the phone.
The Merchant detail will indicate Suzzett's Fabric, Quilts and More,LLC as the Merchant receiving payment.

No items are returnable unless approved first by the Charm Pack Depot staff. If the mistake is ours, we will pay for return shipping, otherwise it will be your responsibility to send it back. There are NO returns on books or patterns.
At Charm Pack Depot we are determined to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective or incorrect merchandise as long as they are returned to us in the same condition in which you received them for a period of 15 days after receipt. Books, Magazines and Patterns are NOT returnable, due to copyright issues. For canceled orders that are not shipped there will be a 10% restocking fee for any fabric that has already been cut.
It is difficult to know how your monitor screen is going to display the colors in the fabrics in our store. There are so many brands and settings in cyberspace, we cannot be held responsible for variances in colors. We try very hard to provide accurate scans so you will get exactly what you see. We also go to great lengths to describe the different fabrics so that you can make your selection.
Pricing errors do occur on occasion due to electronic transfer of data and human error. When this occurs, I will honor the price for one unit of the item and charge the appropriate price for the remainder of the units. For example if the price of a Layer Cake shows up as what should have been the price of a Charm Pack instead of the Layer Cake, I will honor the lower price for one Layer Cake and charge the appropriate price for subsequent Layer Cakes.
Note USPS covers up to $50.00 insurance for flat rate packages. If you want your package insured for packages $50 to $100, send me an email and I will add the insurance fee. All packages over $100.00 are insured. I cannot be responsible for re-mailing uninsured packages. Packages that the USPS website show as delivered are considered delivered to the address indicated on the USPS invoice. There is a 30 day waiting period to file a claim with USPS for undelivered packages.
Orders under $10.51 will ship by regular First Class USPS mail for $4.75 and thus are not insured. We ship orders for 2 yards and less or 2 charm packs by non-priority uninsured mail and reduce the shipping to the $4.75 rate for you unless you respond by email to us that you want your fabric sent by priority mail. The posted shipping rates include the handling charges associated with mailing packages. First Class packages include tracking. All packages that the USPS website show as delivered are considered delivered to the address indicated on the USPS invoice.
Orders that are sent by priority mail are mailed in the cardboard flat rate envelopes provided by USPS for 2 1/2 to 5 yards of regular cotton fabric. Orders with 5 to 7 yards ship in the cardboard legal flat rate envelope or the padded envelopes provided by USPS. Pre-cuts with up to two Jelly Rolls or two Layer Cakes can be shipped in the padded flat rate envelope provided by USPS. We do our very best to ship every order within
2 working days.
Shipments are processed Monday through Friday. We ship via USPS Mail within the continental US with expected delivery in 2 to 5 days. If you are outside the continental
US ( Alaska and Hawaii), we will also use USPS mail.
If you select USPS Express Delivery, there will be an
extra charge to your account for the overnight delivery
charges incurred. I will not charge more for shipping than shown in the shopping cart unless the cost is more due to the size of the package. For example, pre-quilted, sale fabric ordered in bulk, flannels and cuddle cloth fabric are more bulky than regular 100% cotton fabric and will not fit in a flat rate envelope or ship for less than priority mail in most cases and therefore additional postage will be charged. Quilts and large packages will generally be shipped via parcel post via USPS and not by priority mail unless requested due to the high cost of shipping bulky heavy packages.
Sales with delivery inside the state of Texas will be charged sales tax at 8.25%. If your Texas sales tax rate is less than 8.25%, please send me an email and I will adjust the tax rate accordingly.
Note: There was a significant price increase imposed by USPS for international flat rate envelopes and boxes effective 1/17/2016. New rates reflect the price change. We charge the same shipping rate that the US post office
charges. Please indicate postage delivery to Canada or Other Countries via USPS when ordering for international delivery.
Shipping charges are estimates only. We will adjust the rates down to the amount for your country. Rates are based on where the package is mailed. At times, it is less expensive to ship based on weight rather than box size. We will do
our best to get the best shipping rate for your package using the actual post office rates. For example:
an International Priority Mail Flat Rate Legal envelope holds up to 9 yards of
quilting fabric and costs an average of $31.95 USD to ship internationally. Shipping to Canada is $23.95 USD in a flat rate Priority mail envelope. Precuts and thicker fabric may not fit into a flat rate envelope/or video box therefore we will ship according to package size. All cost indicated on the website are in US Dollars and are estimated. International orders outside of Canada have an estimate of 1 to 3 weeks delivery via USPS. Canada delivery via USPS is estimated to be 2 to 5 days. Note: Insurance and package tracking are not alwyas available for international orders mailed via flat rate envelopes or small flat rate boxes. If you want to insure (at your cost) an international small package, you must email a request to insure your package and ship in appropriate packaging. You can view the cost for mailing an international package on the USPS website All orders over 100.00 are insured unless an email is received requesting no insurance.
There are many changes for International shipping effective 1/17/16. Please email me if you would like an estimate for shipping cost via priority or non priority mail. You can request first class mailing for a package via email to me after you place your order. First class mail is available when the package weight is less than 4 pounds. The arrival time is longer for first class mail and the package is not insurable but is less expensive than mailing in a flat rate box.
For International shipments payment is only accepted
through Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. No money orders or personal
checks. International orders pay USPS posted US Mail Global
shipping costs with a minimum charge of $5.50. I will not lie on the customs forms
to say that your items are gifts or are valued at less than the cost you paid for the goods, so please do not ask
me to - it is against the law. If you have questions
