12 Days of Christmas Block of the Month Club
Stitch up a quilt full of holiday memories in the traditional colors of red, green and gold. The 12 Days of Christmas Block of the Month club includes twelve 10" embroidered blocks set in a dark green and red wall quilt. Each month you will receive one iron-on transfer patterns from Aunt Martha's traditional 12 Days of Christmas pattern, one background square. Every other month you will receive a floss packet containing three skeins of floss. In addition, information regarding the origins and meaning behind the 12 Days of Christmas song is also included, along with interesting information regarding this delightful holiday song. In 13 months' time you will have the blocks completed and ready to put into a gorgeous wall hanging. A Finishing Kit is sent in the 13th month, which is included in the cost of this program. Colonial Life Redwork Block of the Month Club
Widely distributed in the 1920s-30s, this Ruby McKim quilt helped many children learn the story of the Indians, Explorers, Colonists and Revolutionaries who shaped America's early history. Each kit in this 12 month series includes two patterns with the history that originally accompanied them, plus fabric and floss to complete each block. Available in indigo blue or turkey red floss.
