Work directly with RaNae online learning to draw, color and sew each of the four types of spirals: Nesting, Baravelle, Point-to-Point and Pinwheel. Instructions are provided for both paper-and-pencil users and EQ* users. The goal of this course is to quickly familiarize yourself with basic spiral techniques. We will complete at least one block of one type of each week. The class does not focus on a specific project, but patterns are provided for finishing your sample blocks into bags or hot pads.

This course fills the prerequisite requirements for all Level 200 classes.

* EQ Users Please note: This is not a course to learn Electric Quilt. If you plan to use EQ for this class, you must already have the software and be familiar with Quilt Layout and EasyDraw before enrolling.
